No. Resident billing and vacant cost recovery are multifamily-specific workflows that RealPage provides and we do not. Nectar covers the supplier-side data and the sustainability reporting output.

Can Nectar and RealPage run together?

Yes, and it is the common arrangement. Nectar handles collection, parsing, completeness, and reporting exports, and coded cost data can be exported into the property system for accounting.

Why not just use the utility module we already pay for?

For cost allocation, you probably should. For benchmarking submissions and anything facing assurance, a module built around dollars allocated to properties generally cannot produce metered consumption with provenance, which is what those outputs require.

Does Nectar cover water and waste as well as energy?

Yes, along with steam, fuel, and solar where those appear on utility billing, which matters because most benchmarking ordinances require whole-building energy and often water, not electricity alone.
